P.A.W.S. is a Jacksonville, Florida group doing just the kind of things that we want to do in Glynn County.
The Partnership for Animal Welfare & Safety (P.A.W.S.) is a newly formed coalition of animal shelters, rescue organizations, businesses and friends who share the vision of a home for every companion pet in our community. We support local shelters and rescue groups by improving public awareness of pet overpopulation issues, increasing adoption rates and facilitating animal welfare education. Through our partnership we hope to greatly decrease the number of homeless and euthanized companion pets each year.

Utopia Animal Rescue Ranch is howling happy! Kinky Friedman, our Gandhi-like figure at the rescue ranch, has put his money where his mouth is! His entire share of the proceeds from the sale of the new Kinky Friedman's Private Stock Salsa line is literally going to the dogs--straight to our dogs, that is!
